Setting Audio Volume

In the case of a ALSA soundcard driver, if the volume results very low, even at the maximum value (especially with the headphones plugged in), it's necessary to set up the correct PCM settings in alsamixer.

Run alsamixer from a terminal, then set Speaker+ at the maximum value.
